Your donation helps adults with developmental disabilities and intensive support needs access meaningful opportunities in their community. At Inclusive Horizons, we provide individualized community integration services focused on building independence, developing vocational and life skills, fostering friendships, and creating fulfilling experiences through volunteer work, recreation, and real-world learning opportunities.

As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of donors, community partners, and supporters to help fund transportation, program supplies, staff training, community outings and program expansion.
